Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans purchased through Unloot, a service operated by Applogico LLC, doing business as Unloot ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

All payments for the Service are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles billing, sales tax, and refund processing on our behalf.


2. 14-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. This applies to:

  • New monthly subscriptions
  • New annual subscriptions
  • First-time plan upgrades

To be eligible, your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of the original charge date.


3. Annual Plan Cancellations

If you cancel an annual subscription after the 14-day refund window, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription term. Prorated refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your billing period.


4. What Is Not Eligible for Refund

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the 14-day window
  • Downgrades from a higher plan to a lower plan
  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service

5. How to Request a Refund

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.


6. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Once approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund has been processed
